Feather-like leaves arranged in whorls of four to six around stems. Emergent leaves can grow up to one foot above water surface.

Mature Height submersed leaves are 1.5-3.5 cm long; emergent leaves are 2-5 cm long. Can grow up to one foot above water surface.
