Thank you for taking the first step towards becoming a site steward with Nature Neighbors!

Please enter the amount you wish to pay, between $5 and $50. We also welcome additional donations!

All proceeds go directly to the Nature Natures Program to cover materials and scholarships for those in need.

EXAMPLE ESTIMATED PROGRAM COSTS

$5 for each Site Stewards' guide book and planning journal (provided at first site visit)

$10 for each "Habitat Restoration in Progress" poly-coated cardboard sign (provided at first site visit)

$25 for each metal certification yard sign (provided at final site visit)

$50-$100 in staff time for each site visit

The Nature Neighbors program encourages community participation in the creation of a network of connected habitats in developed areas. I understand that my participation in the program is voluntary. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that my actions meet all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. I will obtain any necessary permits and further technical advice. Benton Soil and Water Conservation District, and their employees, partners, and contractors, accept no liability for actions taken by the property owner and property owner agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Benton Soil and Water Conservation District and their employees, partners, and contractors from any liability, claims, lawsuits or judgments including attorney’s fees, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with the performance of services under the Nature Neighbors program. I have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
