Tatum VanHawkins
Tatum joined the Benton SWCD team in June of 2025. With a background working for SWCD’s across the west, Tatum comes with extensive knowledge of forest ecosystems, water quality, and restoration project management. In her role, she assists partners with volunteer events, contracting invasive weed sprays and weed pulls along the Willamette River. With a strong background in Forestry, Tatum works with landowners in Benton County to help improve and protect the magnificent oak habitats that we all love.
Outside of work, Tatum enjoys crafting, biking to town, and long morning walks through Willamette Park with her husband and dog, Nico (aka Nicolette, Ni-coco and Nini-banini).
