Join staff from Benton Soil and Water Conservation District and Greenbelt Land Trust to learn how even a small backyard can contribute to large-scale habitat connections and ecosystem health. In this time of increasing droughts, shifting seasons, and declining biodiversity, home gardens can play a major role in community-wide adaptation and resilience. We’ll discuss the climate-driven changes we’ve observed in our own local ecosystems, and how you can respond and evolve at home with highly adaptable native species.
