TWILIGHT TOUR: Central Park Gardens Twilight Tour

The image shows a sidewalk beside a garden with a sign about a "Pollinator Paradise," surrounded by trees and a building.

5:30-6:30pm

Meet at the north side of Central Park along Monroe across from the library

The Central Park area is bursting with gardens, all within easy walking distance. Each of the sites uses a unique design approach to address site needs and provide ecological benefits, such as wildlife and pollinator habitat, biodiversity, beauty, water infiltration, and soil regeneration.

We will visit 3 such gardens within Central Park, including the Regenerative Garden on Monroe, the Pollinator Paradise by the Arts Center, and the Native Plant Garden by 8th Street. Joined by experts from the Willamette Valley Regenerative Landscape Coalition, you'll learn about the important elements of habitat gardens, design considerations, and enjoy some lovely flowers and inspiration!
