Benton Soil and Water Conservation District (BSWCD) board meetings are public meetings where the SWCD board of directors conduct district business and make decisions related to conservation efforts within the district. Meetings may include updates on District Programs, Approval of monthly financials, and information on upcoming events.  These meetings are governed by Oregon's public meetings and records laws, ensuring transparency and public access. 

We encourage members of the public to attend, there is no charge, and typically offer 5 minutes for public comment at the beginning of each meeting.  Details on our virtual or in-person meetings are included in the packet that is posted here 7 days prior to the meeting.
