PARTNER EVENT: Mixed Forest Trail Maintenance at Bald Hill Natural Area
November 2, 1:30-4:30
For a great work-out in the open air, join our trails effort. We’ll be in one of the largest and ecologically rich environments for our community to enjoy biking, hiking, or just viewing – the top offers a great vista to the Corvallis area and the Coast Range. There’s a lot of work that goes into keeping the trail loop usable year-round; trail surfacing, water drainage, & hazard clearing. Come join us for the latest round of work and enjoy the sights in mixed Oak & Douglas Fir forest along with Oak Savannah habitats. Tools, work materials, and work gloves will be provided for all; just dress for the weather, in sturdy shoes. We will meet at the Oak Creek parking lot for Bald Hill.
